The »Fugger and Welser Museum« is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday to Sunday and on public holidays. We open at 9 a.m. for school groups who have booked prior to visiting.
On December 24th, December 25th and December 31st, the museum will be closed.
On December 26th and January 1st, the museum will be open.
Entry to the »Fugger and Welser Museum« is charged as follows:
Full charge: €6 per person
Concessions (schoolchildren, students, senior citizens, people with disabilities and groups): €5 per person
Schoolchildren in school groups (free entry for one staff member): €2.50 per person
Schoolchildren in school groups with a pre-booked guided tour or children with a pre-booked birthday party: €1.50 per person
Family ticket (parents and children): €12
Entry is free for children under 7 years of age.
Annual season ticket (covers 2 people): €20
Teachers who have booked a guided tour for their class and would like to visit the exhibition beforehand can obtain free entry on request.

How to find us
The »Fugger and Welser Museum« is at 23 Äußeres Pfaffengässchen – just a short walk from Augsburg Cathedral.
If you are travelling by tram, you should take the no. 2 tram from the Königsplatz stop in the direction of the P+R Augsburg West terminus and get off at the Mozarthaus stop.
The museum is 20 or 25 minutes on foot from the main railway station in Augsburg (Hauptbahnhof).
We regret that there are no parking facilities in the immediate vicinity of the museum.
You can however park close by in the Kolping multi-storey car park (Kolpingparkhaus), which is at 10 Jesuitengasse and is open:
Monday to Sunday 00.00 to 24.00.
Cost: First hour: €1.50 and each additional hour: €1 (The daytime fee covers 07.00 – 21.00)
The museum has a passenger lift which provides access to all exhibition floors. An accessible toilet is available on the ground floor.
